Rose Royal, born in Tulsa, OK, serves as the Director of HR Compliance and Employee Relations at OGE Energy Corp. Rose works collaborative with the legal department, employees and management to ensure compliance with federal and state HR employment laws. Rose spearheads the company’s diversity and inclusion efforts and provides support for leaders with employee relations, ethics, HR compliance and conflict resolution. Rose earned a BS in Business Management and holds an MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources. She holds both the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and the SHRM-SCP certifications.
